Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter

As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you must be able to assist and contribute to the hiring needs of TaskUs and be able to provide a 5-star candidate experience to each potential Teammate.

As a Sourcing Associate, you will:
- Invite candidates through call-outs.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Engage with candidate show-ups and generate referrals.
- Assist the Sourcing Specialist in sourcing initiatives onsite and offsite.

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to render OT and work during holidays and weekends when needed
- Must have a positive attitude and be supportive to team members and by assisting others in their success
